Booking & Planning
Do I need to book my campsite in advance? We highly recommend booking, especially during peak season and on bank holidays. You can secure your spot by completing our online booking system and paying a deposit. We may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings if space is available in our private overflow field.
How far in advance can I book? You can book your campsite up to a year ahead of time.
What are your check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and check-out is by 1:00 pm. If you need to adjust these times, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to be flexible.
Do you allocate specific pitches? No, we don’t. You’re free to choose your own spot upon arrival.
Do you allow campervans? Yes, campervans are welcome, but we do not allow caravans.
Can I drive my car to my tent? Yes, you can park your car next to your tent or glamping pitch.
What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies by season. Please check our booking page for detailed information.
Amenities & Facilities
What types of camping do you offer? We offer spacious tent pitches in our main field, which is conveniently located near the farm shop and amenities. We also have a private field, just a two-minute walk away, perfect for a more peaceful retreat or for larger groups and parties.
What amenities are included? All of our camping fields have access to toilet and shower facilities, a shared washing-up area, a communal freezer, charging stations, two playgrounds, picnic areas, and water refill stations.
Do you have electric hook-ups? We don’t offer electric pitches or hook-ups. However, we do have lights in our facilities, and a charging station is available in the washing-up cabin.
Are fire pits and grills available? We have a few designated campfire areas and communal BBQs that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend bringing your own portable grill or fire pit to guarantee you can use one whenever you’d like. Our shop also sells disposable BBQs during peak season.
Is firewood available for purchase? Yes! We sell firewood bundles that you can purchase from our staff as they drive around the campsite. You can also pre-order bundles, and we’ll deliver them directly to your pitch.
How close are the restrooms and showers? Both camping fields have toilet and shower facilities located within a short 1-2 minute walking distance.
Do you have a camp store on-site? While we don’t have a dedicated camp store, our farm shop offers a wide variety of essentials like fresh local produce, snacks, and drinks.
Can I bring my dog? Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the campsite but must be kept on a lead at all times and not disturb other guests or our livestock.
Is there Wi-Fi access? We currently do not offer Wi-Fi in the field, but most mobile networks have good reception in the area and the farm shop has a free wifi.
Local Area
What activities are available nearby? There’s plenty to do in and around Pevensey! You can explore the historic Pevensey Castle, hike scenic trails, relax on the nearby beaches, or visit the 1066 Battlefield. For more ideas, check out our What-to-do page.
Are there restaurants or shops nearby? Yes, you’ll find several restaurants, pubs, and shops in the nearby villages of Pevensey and Pevensey Bay, as well as in Eastbourne, all just a short drive away.
Is public transportation available? There are limited public bus services in the area, and the nearest train station is Pevensey Bay. We recommend traveling by car for the most flexibility.

What are the opening hours for camping, the farm shop, and the butcher?
- Camping: Check-in is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm, and check-out is by 1:00pm.
- Farm Shop & Butcher: We are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Sunday.

Is there outdoor seating? Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor seating available.
Can I pre-order food? Yes, if you have a larger group, it helps us if you pre-order your food so we can have it ready for you to take back to your pitch.
Do you have a loyalty card program? We offer a hot drink loyalty scheme. Just ask for a card on your next visit!
Wedding and Event Barn Hire

Can we get married at the farm? While we are not licensed for civil ceremonies, we would be delighted to host your wedding blessing. We work closely with two experienced celebrants who can perform a heartfelt blessing within our beautiful grounds.
Can I bring my pets? Yes! We love to include your furry friends on your special day. We’ve had dogs, cats, and even horses attend weddings here on the farm.
